Upgrade ISSUES with MRP Mobile Account

Goodday,

Phoned your call centre +-2 weeks ago. Spoke to consultant to ask when can i upgrade was advised end February, spoke to another one again day after told me i can do early upgrade now, now waiting for someone to call me back to do the upgrade , was advised that someone will phone me 4 days later nothing. please can someone assist, need to do this upgrade asap
