UNPROFFESIONAL and RIDICULOUS Services MRP MOBILE!!!!!!

I have a new contract with MRP Mobile but the sim has not been activated and has not been provisioned. I've been calling from beginning of July with this problem but with no success. Now they have billed me and I reversed the debit order. I asked them to fix the problem cause I do not have any problem paying, but now I have to pay for a service that I did not use and they do not know if they can reverse my benefits if I pay. Such a lot of Bull****. I will never recommend MRP Mobile to anyone. They are ******s and the consultants that worked for them too??????????
