Unprofessional,useless customer service

The worst service ever in August I wrote an e-mail complaining about a contract phone which was delivered to me and I was not happy with it,and the phone was returned to them .I was called by the store and a settlement letter was sent to me.But on a weekly basis I am still sent threatening letters for the same phone acc.And even today I was called .Honestly speaking Mr price mobile is operating like a circus,they issue a settlement letter and also send you emails on the same acc.I am really feed up with the service provider.
