Unprofessional service
Unprofessionalism displayed in all services received recently. Debited my account on the wrong date without my authorization. Spoke to a nonchalant service consultant to indicate that I had reversed the amount. All that was said was they will note it. I am disgusted with this type of service. Mrs N. HUSAIN
