UNHAPPY

good morning kindly assist me, i was contacted by MR Price mobile offering me to send me air time every month at a cheaper price, i had agreed that they may send me the air time, it happened that i lose my phone, so when i tried to do a sim swap with MTN i could not do it because i was told that my number now belongs to MR Price. I had asked MR Price to assist me with a sim swap and it took more than three weeks for them to assist me, so i decided to cancel the contract with MR Price so that i can obtain my number back and use MTN again, but now the problem is that MTN says the number still belongs to MR Price but MR Price insist that they have removed my number from their system, so both parties keep making me go back and forth. i need this number because my business relies on this number. i lost my phone on the 18th of june 2022 until now i have not got any help. I AM VERY UNHAPPY WITH MR PRICE , I SUGGEST THEY SHOULD STICK TO SELLING CLOTHES
