Unfair Business Practice and Total RipOff

I was contacted by Mrpmobile to take up a contract with them and they sounded convincing and it was a good deal in the beginning. I was told i was going to pay R150 a month for the airtime, data and the cellphone. On their first debit i was debited almost R400 and contacted them to complain but could not receive the assistance as i was told i requested more data and airtime after my call time was exhausted of which it was untrue. This time around another debit was R261 and they have been failing to respond to any of my constant emails i have sent them. I have requested the audio recordings of the initial contract but to no avial.
