Unauthorized porting

My number was ported to mrpmobile without my approval! I tried calling them to sort it out n informed them that I never ordered any sim card from them and requested that my number be reversed to cell c but no one assisted me. I was put from one person to another! I want to know who ported my number which consultant dealt with that order because I never bought or ordered any sim from mrp! I want my number to be reversed back to cell c and if there's any request for porting to mrp mobile I want that request to be rejected!!
