Unauthorized debits from MRP Mobile

my mother took out a cell phone contract at MRP and the contract ended in April. She cancelled the debits at capitec but MRP mobile continued with the debits. MRP mobile continued to debit her account for 4 months. This was brought to my attention only last week when they debited the money i send to her. Why is MRP mobile taking advantage of older people?
