Unauthorized Charge for Mobile Data

I am very disgusted with Mr price and I believe that I am not the only client ****med by Mr Price's mobile department. I opened a normal clothing account and few months down the line I realized a charge of R9.99 for mobile data which I was not made aware of nor received a sim card for that data. I started visiting the Mr Price retails stores and each time I would go to call their contact centre, the phone rang until i loose patience of holding for someone to answer. I emailed Mr Price to advise them that I did not consent to this charge/sim card and worse not even using that sim card that they claim the data is paid to. My first email to them was on the 15th November 2023, which was never acknowledged nor received any response to. My last email to them being on the 12 March 2024 They then responded by sending me a report of the data that was loaded onto the said sim card without any proof for usage. I responded to confirm that i did not sign up for any mobile data nor ever received nor used the said data and requested for it to be cancelled and be reimbursed all my money for all the time they have been charging me. End of March statement came and still reflecting that they again charged me for the same data that i clearly requested to be removed from my account. No further communication was ever received form Mr Price with feedback on my request.
