Unauthorised deductions and unknown charges

So this is my 2nd complaint this year. And nothing gets done. NO i will rephrase that. It got from bad to worse. I got a prestigo tablet which gets hot when it is charging and ho when you switched it on. Since last year the tablet is in its box untouched gathering dust. Yet somehow data is been used although it is switched off. There is no downloads done or games played, no calls made, no sms are sent or received, no whatt supp messages are sent or received, nothing happens on the phone but it is still getting charged with data????? NO they sent me threatening sms's because the data is overdue! No way. That is impossible. MRP MObile at the end of January made 2 deductions on my account. How is that possible??? MRPMobile did not make any arrangements with me to deduct any money earlier in December!! Now I have to pay bank charges? Sorry not my fault MRPmobile is greedy.!!!!! I want this contract stopped and any and all money which I have paid aver the last three months can be used as the settlement.!!!!
