Unauthorised Debits on my account

Good day,

I have never received such bad service from a cellphone company call centre in my life. They give me a closure amount in June that i paid and deactivated my sim in July. Then they deduct an amount off my account in Sept. When i query this at their call centre the lady put the phone down in my ear.....
