unauthorised debit order

I received an sms on Saturday 20/06 to tell me that they have taken off my d/o on 19.06.2015. I get paid on the 20 and since they do not do d/o's over the weekend they take off the day before. This has thrown my account into overdraft of which i now pay a fee for and affects my credit worthiness with the bank. When calling what they call the Customer Care i get no apology,no sympathy just a matter of tough luck. Obviously the Care is a hoax as it is soooo apparent that they dont. I asked a manager to contact me before the end of the day. Email was sent to Sisibuso and i still have not heard from him. Yet again showing how much they care about their clients. i wish i had read the Hello Peter comments before i took them up on the Prestigio Tab offer. I will definitely be telling all and sundry to take up offers with other companies and to avoid Mr Price mobile at all cost. To think that I thought that I have never had a problem with Mr Price what could go wrong with Mr Price Mobile!!! well it appears everything. All it took was for them to suggest i move my d/o date to another date but they were to dumb or couldnt be bothered to think about it.
