Unaouthorised debit order - bank theft

I received a call from MrP Mobile offering me a cell phone contract on 02/04/2015. They asked me if I would be available within the next 3-4 days between 8am and 5pm at my home address and I said I will be home for the Easter weekend. They did not deliver and when the Tuesday came they said that can only deliver between 8am and 4pm. Being unable to deliver and not having a walk in centre, I told the operator that its too inconvenient and therefore I would not take the service. on Monday 18/05/2015 I received a call from another operator telling me they require an cancellation fee of R199. I informed her that the deal was cancelled because they could not deliver and she dropped the phone in my ear. I then went on their website and used the only e-mail address I could find. I informed them that I will pay this after they can supply me with the copy of the \recorded"call where I agreed that I will pay this cancellation fee and that they have not permission to take any money off my account until this matter has been resolved. This morning I woke up to an sms from my bank indicating that they have debited my account with said amount"
