Un a proofed debet orders

I am still strugiling tobcancel my secription. My contract finished 5 monthes ago and when i phone the refer you to the cancelation email. But stil u dont get any feedback and the keep on trying to depet order my account. Last mont they tried 6time after earltch other an putting my account in arrears.

Can anyone help how to resolve this problem.
