Trying to Cancel My Insurance

Its been more that 4 months since I contacted Mr Price to cancel my insurance on the mobile I've purchased from them. I"m wondering whether they have competent people working for them as that insurance is still not cancelled and I am being billed every month. Nolwazi Nkomo sent an email to inform me that the cancellation is in a queue and will be in contact soon. What a lot of gabbage . When you purchase an item you get charged immediately but when you cancel an insurance it takes a month of Sundays. Please be honest and direct don't mess people around or don't you know what honesty is. What goes around comes around. People be careful when signing up for insurance with Mr Price Mobile.
