Totally disgusted. The worst service.

Mr Price Mobile has been such a nightmare to deal with. I cancelled the contract as requested via telephone one month before the contract expires as was advised. They then continued to debit me a month after the contract officially ended. The call was recorded. I know that they were aware of the call as the customer services agent confirmed in another call that i had called them a month before the contract was meant to end. I proceeded to reverse the attempts at debiting my account and explained over and over to their debt collectors that the contract was meant to end. They advised me that they were going to audit my query and find the recording and settle the issue, i then started getting calls from agents with such a terrible attitude, it was so frustrating. Which caused me to just stop answering their calls as no notes were made on system, i had to repeat myself every single month. They eventually stopped responding to any of my emails. Suddenly i start getting calls and emails from their legal people at Daly. I have proceeded to tell them, that i will not be paying the money to anyone as this money is not due to anyone. Am i wrong? Mr Price Mobile failed me in every single conversation with every single agent be it customer services or debt collectors. No audit was ever done, i'm wondering whether they bother to record their calls at all because i queried all of this two months after my call and they say they cannot find it, when they have the note on system when i made the call.

I am appalled and disgusted. Don't bother getting into any contracts with them. They are going to ***** you and try to ***** your money.
