THIS ******* SHOULDN'T HAVE A LICENCE TO DO BUSINESS IN SOUTH AFRICA
<p> I was contacted by MRP Mobile and took out a tablet for R99 per month. The agent kept trying to sell me extra services that can be added which I refused, the call lasted forever. Then the agent's supervisor called me to confirm all my details and explained the whole contract again. Again I refused the extra services and insisted that I am happy with just the basic offer and just want to pay R99. Then someone else phoned me and we went thru the same procedure again. They now take as much money as the want from my account and I just want to get to the end of the 24 months. This was deducted the past seven months: September : R430.35, August : R252.44, July: R617.46, June : R558.20, May : R128.00, Apri l: 179.78, March : 129.20, Feb: R132.49, Jan: R313.96. I bought this tablet for my wife who buys data on her Mr Price clothing account.</p>

I've had a long discussion with Sithembile who explained everything to me in great detail. She's very professional and knows her work to the letter. I'm happy with her explanation and now know how to manage this going forward. I just wish the people (agents and their supervisors) will spend more time on explaining exactly how their offers work to prospective clients instead of just pushing sales. People will know what they let themselves in for and how to manage data usage and not regard MRP as the company who rips them off.
