This is way too much

After I reported my incident on Hello Peter, Mrpmobile consultant called me and promised to help me by deactivating my contract, my R149.00 was returned to my account same day and I thought that they will deactivate my account as soon as possible. Now as I'm speaking they have debited R49 and R119.00 at the same time. This is crazy because I asked for cancellation in October and now I was promised that it will be done by the end of November. Return my money back and closed this **** of contract ASAP, I don't work for you Mrpmobile. I'm ****ed off by this company

Thank you for your post. We value feedback from our customers however the reason for the amounts invoiced to you is due to unpaid debits on the account. Kindly be advised the account has been deactivated and no further debits will go off.

Warm Regards,

mrpmobile

It suprises me when you say you didn't deactivate my account by the end on November becasue of unpaid bills, why was it deactivated on the 4th as you said before you debited on my account on the 15th? Was is not before the bills?

I was never told that i will have to pay extra amounts after paying the outstanding and cancellation fee, when i requested i said "tell me what i am owing and i will pay it" then i paid it. But it seems like you are just used to rob people just like you did with me.

And it seems like you only cancel it after i have published a post on hellopeter on the 1st of december as you said thats the date you received cancellation notification. It all doesn't make sense to me.
