they give me a wrong phone

I got a call from mrprice mobile they told me about huawei phone and i told them to call my son and they called him and my son specified that im looking for a phone with flash and they sended me a phone with no flash and my son email them several time and they said they were bizzy with the case and after a month my son email them again they said they were gonna send courie to come and get the phone now i got the sms saying i have to pay and im not even using the phone. My ref is mrp-***4-1
