They dont want close my mobile phone contract

Im having such a bad experience ever with mrp mobile i took contract phone for 24 months and in February 2022 it was finished paid off the money 💰 and the next march paid other money so they can close the account and now they tell me i own them 396 the account is not closed and i paid on the 1st of July 2022 now when i call the call center they say i must give another 20 day so they can close the account i must pay again now im getting **** off by they service just wanna close the account pls help me hello peter
