their data contracts with vodacom sim is a huge waste of time

i have had a terrible experience with mr price mobile. at the end of April they deducted R148 from my account and said the payment is not reflecting yet i have proof which i emailed. i received no data. end of may they took R100 and i still have no data and today is the 5th. what have i signed up for because first they say the issue is sorted then they say they have escalated it. all this time while taking my money and not giving me what i have paid for. so now i must wait patiently without data while they have collected their money. utter *******
