The worst customer service ever

<p>I worked for Mr.Price and opened a Mobile account with them after i resigned the balance of the contract was suppouse to be taken of my last salarie this was never done i called them and they couldn't tell me why this wasn't done after 2 months i was handed over to attorneys and i paid them monthly then on the 23/12/16 i paid the full outstanding amount then they debited my bank account with R200 i called over 40 min to get this money back and to get a paid of letter since 23/12/16 i even called customer service and they gave me a ref number and stil nothing is done this is the most pefetic service ever</p>
