The part that they didn't tell me...

Last year I was contacted by Mr Price Mobile where a very pushy salesman convinced me to take a tablet deal with the new Mr Price Mobile. I did not want to do this at first as I already have a contract cellphone and tablet with MTN. He said how about one for my child. I gave in. I was under the impression that the contract included a 7\ Tablet and would always only ever cost me R99 per month. However, for the past few months, I have been receiving ********** bills - the last one being in excess of R1600.00. My son has a cellphone on contract with MTN as well - the billing however stops when the data bundle runs out., which was my understanding of the MR Price Mobile deal. No so, apparently. They also tell me it is not possible to block the line from their side and this will continue to happen. They say I should use their USSD service to check the balance. This USSD balance check service never works - it always says \"try again later\" so there's no point even trying that! They say the agent did inform me - I don't agree as it was not specifically mentioned that they don't work like the other cellphone companies and stop the billing. Their attitude is - so what - deal with it! "
