Terrible service from the new accounts dep!!!

These people are terrible who works in the new account openings. I app**** with the one the 18th Oct 2021 for an account. Today is the 29th October, 11 days later. I've sent my documents via whatsapp and their email address. Still no reply from them! This is disgusting service!!!
