Terrible Service

recently had my phone ****** from my car, and submitted a claim through Mr Price Insurance. To my surprise, the claim was rejected on the grounds that there was no forced entry—something I was never made aware of when signing up. They claimed I had been informed of the terms and conditions, yet I never signed or received any documentation outlining this exclusion.

As a loyal Mr Price customer, I expected better. The service I received was dismissive, and the consultant’s attitude was unhelpful and arrogant. It’s extremely disappointing to learn that theft without visible damage is not covered, especially when this isn’t clearly communicated upfront.

Warning to others: Be cautious before signing up for Mr Price Insurance. Read every detail and ask questions—otherwise, you may find yourself unprotected when you need it most.
