Terrible customer experience

Terrible service from the call centre and the collections department.

I had an agreement with them that the debit date will be at the last day of the month and they debited my account on the 27th, we then had an agreement that I will make a manual payment but they keep debiting my bank account even after the agreement and they are constantly calling me to make payment while I am waiting for their investigation on the discount I was offered in December which was not app**** on my account. A lady from the call centre Christina keeps promising she will call back after an investigation and all she calls back for is more payments!
