TERMINATION OF MOBILE CONTACT HANDED OVER

Hi, I have a mobile contract with Mr Price Mobile and it is now the end of the 24 month contract. After several calls to Mr Price to confirm the date of when I need to cancel and when my last debit order should go. The consultants that I spoke to the last debit order should be at the end of October and the date I should call is the 04th of October to make the arrangement.

Ont he 04th o October I did just that and had hassles with the consult telling me that there is another payment due. I call back and a different consultant explained again to me the last payment is October and not November.

A few days later I got a sms for Daily Credit Corporation I have been handed over and registered as a slow paying after my debit order has gone off for 23 consecutive months to Mr Price. They now wanting my last payment of 129 and give me a paid up letter.

I called Mr Price and they have explained this was send in error however Daily Credit Corporation is calling me on a daily basis.

THIS IS NOW EFFECTIVE MY CREDIT PROFILE, NOBODY WILL BE INTERESTED IF THIS IS A ERROR JUST THAT AM NOW A SLOW PAYER.
