swim swap that takes more than 7days

Sunday evening on the 5th June I lost my phone, then on the 6th Monday, I went to Mr. Price to buy a sim card for a sim swap. since then to date, I have not received any service at all. I am been sent from pillar to post. It has been so frustrating to a point where I have done two sim swaps and for both, I have been told they have been declined. I know for sure the person who has my phone is texting most of my contacts and requesting things from them. Seven days later I still don't have my number but someone is using my number. I doubt even if the sim swap was done to begin with. MRPMobile has caused me so much, money and time. my number is at risk, my banks are linked to that number. worse now when i call Mr Price m left hanging consultants disapper o me coz by now they are all aware of my issue.
