Why are you selling devices under false pretences?. I was sold a Prestigio tablet for a monthly fee of R99.00.There were other products which they included, which I advised I am not interested in and just need the Hot spotter for +-R35.00 monthly, which I also cancelled. I was advised by the sales lady that the 1st debit order will be more than R99.00 it will include the initiation fee and pro rata amount, which I was okay with. An amount of R197.94 was deducted from my account on the 20/08/16.I called their offices Mid Aug requesting that they Cap my subscription as I am only budgeting for R99.00 a month, the agent advised that is done and I will be billed only R99.00 going forward. On the 01/09/15 to my surprise I have been debit again with an amount of R99.00, so I called and was advised that it was just the subscription fee and this is a once off fee, but no 1 told me this before when I check my balance it states that an amount of R192.31 is due n the 20/09. How is this possible? What happened to only R99.00pm. I want all the recordings/interactions I have had with your offices emailed to me, my e-mail [Email Removed] Please give me feedback or I will be seeking legal advise
