****** tablet reported it with case numer

Mr Price mobile don't respond to emails of mine for 2 days, my tablet was ****** when we moved between the 026eb and the 5th feb from Durban to Vereeninging, whe I noticed it I called the mrprice mobile number and reported the matter and they give a reference number and must call back with the police case number. I went to Mrprice Threerivers were I was help by Juba, we tried 3 times and everytime the claim department cut me off, I tried again this morning with no luck at all to do the claim for a other tablet and my new address. Can someone help please.
