Still waiting on reply

<p>I queried a "free" sim card issue 2 weeks ago and they would go back to the recording to see what was discussed. Now 2 weeks later, still no answer and when I've called, they still could not help me. </p> <p> </p> <p>I need to sort out this issue and also want a copy of the recording!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
