So Un happy with

The worst service .. You cant get hold of anyone they are always busy or the system is slow. You will run out of airtime every-time you call before they actually help you. They will tell you they will call you back in 5 mins... its been days, still nothing. It's taking me almost 3 weeks just to get hold of someone so that I can upgrade my contract. If red flags was a business.. This is it! The funny thing is when I don't need to get hold of them I don't mind them.
