<p>oN 20.5.2017 I went to Cresta JHB to request simswop and delivery address in JHB as im on leave. Gave the lady Mianda the full address. On 27.5.2017 I enquire about it to find out nothing was ordered. REF NR ********** .Spoke to the lady and new one orderd with NEW WORK ADDRESS in Cape Town BECAUSE IM NOT STAYING ANYMORE AT STREET ADDRESS ON ACCOUNT. Recieved sms that it will b delivered at street address.WHAT DONT MRPM NOT UNDERSTAND IF YOU CHANGE THE ADDRESS. Now it is wrong again. PLEASE CATCH A WAKE UP!!!! IS IT SO DIFFICULT. PLEASE EMPLOY PEOPLE THAT CAN WORK....I HAD MORE THAN ENOUGH OF INCOMPETANCE OF MRPM</p>
