Sim contract tricks

I was called by the call center in January to offer me this "amazing" R100 deal with a Sim. Which I told him in the first place I have a contract and not interested. But as they all are they carry on. I was told that the Sim is free and it has many benefits for R100 a month. I was told that he can deliver it for free then if I want to activate it I must phone. So I received the stuiped Sim without the intention to activate it. And the very next month for 5 months they has been debting me 100 rand and I have not even open the damn thing, have not use it and they can have it back. I called they said the consultant explained Cleary and therefore I have to pay. They have canceled it but I have not received my money back.

Mr money is not great and will never use them. I am in the process to canceling my account and encouraging family and friends and everyone to do the same. We have enough issues in the world we don't need another company *****ing of money.
