Sim card blocked for no reason.

I took an airtime contract with them July. All was going well until I found out that my sim card has been blocked without letting me know why. I am really disappointed in MRP Mobile because when I call them they are always not available, you hold for more than 30 minutes waiting for someone to assist you.
