SIM card airtime ****

Mr price added a SIM card/ data on my account without my consent I only noticed after paying for two months when I saw the invoice I saw a Charge of R99 when i queried it they said I consented telephonically which I did not and they don’t want to avail the cal records. They are making me pay for data/ airtime I’ve never used and they refuse to take it off my account . They are ********* and *****ulent and should not be trusted. Praying on hard working class citizens
