Service Not Delivered

I was promised by Sithembile Ngcobo that the account was cancelled, well this was never done I am still been charged for something that I do not have and something that was not working.<br> <br> Promises made by Sithembile Ngcobo and not delivered on... what kind of service is this ...<br> <br> I would like all my money back as this is the only way to deal with this. Service Never Delivered on.
