MRP IS A NIGHTMARE!!!!
They listed me as default payer after an arrangement were made and paid.
No prior notification was provided to me, Which is ********. (Then again , it seems you people are not clued up when it comes to NCA)
As at 20/11/2023 I paid the amount in full via the MRP app and asked for my paid up letter as that is the only correspondence I require.
Statement clearly shows R5524.06 and I paid R5600 via app which always reflects immediately.
Guess what???!!! They are now stating that the payment takes 3 days to appear which is a bunch of BS!!
I sent Sumeshan Pillay the proof of payment with account statement he had sent. I did advise the only communication I require from this pathetic excuse of a company is my account closure and paid up letter.
