Screaming @ clients????
I just received a call from Mohamed from Mr Price Mobile who was utterly rude and screamed at me as a client, He kept calling me his friend??? i am not his friend i am a customer is that how you treat your customers??? i am absolutely irritated and angry by this and i will ensure that this gets out to everyone i know, i will also cancel my mr price account and ask everyone else i know to do so!!!! Note there are 2 calls from this person and i asked for a manager on those calls, i WANT YOUR DIRECTOR to call me !!!!!
