**** YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY
2 years ago I took a SIMOnly deal with Mrp Mobile. Mrp re-contracted me without my permission. They have been double billing me. I have never had such a disgusting service. Agents lying about cancelation notices, agents promising to call back and don't call. One Indian agent (I found his name) disregarded my request to cancel and now I see I'm being double billed in December. My SIM only deal ended on the 21st of October. I should not be billed for November or December but I have. My TRUE balance should be R492.91 instead they've added R687 Of bullshxt. I WOULD RRCOMMEND GOING TO THE CELLPHONE PROVIDER FOR CONTRACTS.... NEVER EVER TAKE A MOBILE DEAL WITH MR PRICE. THEY RENEW WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. THEY DON'T CALL TO LET YOU KNOW YOUR CONTRACT IS ENDING AND THEY REFUSE TO CANCEL WHEN YOU'VE REQUESTED IT. I'M GOING TO REQUEST FOR ALL THE RECORDINGS BETWEEN SEPTEMBER 2022 AND NOW AND I'M TAKING THEM TO THE OMBUDSMAN.
She is the only agent who promised a callback and actually called me back. I am so grateful that she assisted me. I would recommend giving her a bonus. She went above and beyond any other agent to assist.
As for Mr Price as a company, I'm canceling my account once I settle my last amount. This is where we break ways.
