About a year ago Mr price mobile contact me with a data bundle offer. I accepted the offer. First month the money was deducted from my account but no data on my phone. 2nd month the same and 3rd month the same. I phoned them and the first consultant couldn't find my details on there system. After numerous of times I went in to my nearest Mr price clothing store ( 50km ) from me. They told me if I don't have a Mr price clothing account I don't qualify for a Mr price mobile contact but phone in anyway for me. Mr price mobile said they will phone me back. After a week I still didn't receive a call from them so a called again. With many struggles I cot them to cancel the contract and paid back my money. This morning I received my credit statement score, and on my credit score it shows that I'm behind with my contract. My husband and I are in the process off buying a home. So I called Mr mobile again this morning with the most unsatisfied surface ever. I'm taking this to my attorney today. This is totally unacceptable! Mr mobile are *************.
