<p>I would like to point out that this company never sends invoices. And they deduct debit orders off on random days. The contract amount was suppose to be R99. They have been deducting close to R7000.00!! I have been querying the amounts since Feb 2017, and they let me know today that they cannot give me the data validation as it is only available on their system for 90 days. Please note that if they responded to my query when I initially put in the dispute, they would have been able to send it to me.Now I have been classified as a "bad payer", and I don't think this is very fair as I have been trying to resolve this for quite some time. If I can get some resolve I will gladly settle any amounts outstanding, I just however don't feel I owe these amounts.</p>
