Rude Consultants and an Insult

My my name is Nokuthula Nkosi I signed in with Mr price mobile telephonically last year August . I regret using their service from the start .I was told that I will pay R200 every month and that I the first month they won't dedact . Come second month I got an SMS saying they will be dedacting R393. Whn I called they gave a ''****''story of which I was never told off . I let them take it and again the following month I got an SMS saying they will dedact an amount more than we agree apon I called and asked and aging I given a answer about me setting a limit of which I was not told about . And last year December I receive a notification saying they will dedact early I called them the same day notifying that I get paid the last day of them on a lady that I was talking to said ok she will update the system .on the 13 the debit order run and it was unpaid of which it was charged by the bank and again they debited again and again the bank charges me R61 each for each unpaid. I called the customer service regarding the issue was told to forward my bank statement for a refund till today I haven't received it .in December they didn't debit on the 31st as they were surpose to do so. I receive a call from their collection agent saying am owing I asked them why didn't they dedact this lady said thy not surpose to debit the twice. Whn I asked about my refund they said thy will do it. then on the 19 Feb a lady called from Mr price mobile saying the refund as refunded to my account I checked my statement but no funds were showing .and last month on the 26 they went into to debit I reversed the funds because they were not surpose to do it my arrangement with Mr pricemoblie is the last day of the month .some of the consultant are rude. I wish I never got my self with them I. I paid the money I reversed .
