Rude

<p>Good afternoon</p> <p>I received a call from MRP mobile this afternoon from a lady that spoke about a sim card that would be delivered to me as I have been a good client of yours. She said the sim card would be loaded with R75 and I'd need to pay a portion of the amount, I then I asked her how am I to pay for something I did not ask for she then hung up on me. I called back and spoke to Snothile who says she cannot see who spoke to me, I aksed her if the order was processed she said she can't see anything. Now I do not want to get surprises where I'm billed for this sime card I did not agree for. MRP has never given me any problems and I do need any problems still. Please let me know what this is all about and guarantee that I will not be charged for that stupid sim card.</p> <p>Regards</p>
