RMCS SIM SWAP

<p>RMCS is the most useless company. I phoned them on the 17 January 2017 for a sim swap the consultant told me someone will call me in 48 WORKING HOURS is the 25 January 2017 and I am still waiting for a consultant to call me . I needed to do a sim swap URGENTLY trying to get hold off them because we waiting for Urgent calls and is work related. I try to call the call centre but no luck. Can some help me do a sim swap and process cancellation .</p>
