Return back the airtime money you deducted from my account

To whom it may concern My name is Boitumelo Ramagaga i have a problem with Mr price the thing is i a mrprice account so they have been deducting airtime money from my account for 2 months the airtime that i have never received not even sure where was that airtime allocated to, so what I wanted from them was to return the airtime money back to my account till today they haven't returned that money back to my account, and 1 of their employee told me that they won't return that money back to my account so i should make peace with that ,so meaning I should pay for something that i have never received so it's clear that Mrprice is ****ming us so why should i pay for something that i have never received that's what makes me angry to be honest been sending them emails even went to their store still nothing.
