Refund our Money

My husband took a phone contract with MrPrice Mobile in 2015, this contract ended in May 2017. At the begging of June he called them to cancel his contract and was told it was cancelled to our surprise till today they are still debiting his account. I called them today and spoke to an agent named Lungile who told me she can't talk to me as this is my husband's contract and although I get that I could not even speak to a team leader as they are busy, what type of company keeps taking peoples money without their permission. I want out money back that they debited from June to Now 1 November.
