Refund Mr Price mobile

<p>I settled my account because they keep deducting money from my account when they are not supposed to. Now they deducted again on the 1st of March. Everyday when I ask how far is the refund I get a stupid answer like it is still in processing! It is almost the middle of the month how long can a refund take? Or are they first earning interest on my money that is in their account?</p>
