Refund me my excess fee please it has been months now October2023....

MR Price Cellphone Insurance hasn't given me my money back since last year October 2023 that i paid for R1200 excess fee. I made a lot of calls contacting them they even dropped my calls. I sent all the document needed no help from them and it has been months no. kindly assist
