REF NO MRP***

MRPmobile offered me a tablet early 2015 which I accepted and asked them to do the debit order end of each month for two years. Suddenly R39,00 another R39,00 and R60 as well as the R129,00 special went off my account. Phoned them and they explained to me what this is for, which I also accepted. From July 2015 all these amounts went off my account as well as R573,00. I was hospitalized during July 2015 and after this amount went off, I put my tablet off and did not use it since then. Each month the R573 went off. I can mention that when I received the tablet it was without a sim card. I phoned them and they did a sim swap, which I received. According to MRPmobile I bought data each and every month that's why my bank account is debited with R573,00 per month. I can made a affidavit that this is not true. I am sure somebody is using my sim card number. I have all the details to whom I spoken to and when. On 19 February 2016 customer care suggests that they blocked the sim card, which I agreed upon. Now I want to know, who is going to give my money back for the last 8 months. Please help!
